Year 3/4 Poetry unit - full unit (2 weeks) This resource contains written plans for a 2 week unit on poetry writing. The unit is based around writing a poem around the theme of cities and landmarks and making bread , however can be edited to suit your topic. The planning is suitable for lower KS2 or differentiation for upper KS2. The structure follows teaching comprehension, vocabulary, grammar and writing throughout the topic. It also includes analysing poetry tasks and oppotunities for poetry performance.
